The plot summary of Arthdal Chronicles

The series follows the lives of four characters who struggle, unite, and love in the fictional land of Arth. Ta-gon (Jang Dong-gun) is the son of San-ung, leader of the Arthdal Union. He is a genius strategist and warrior, who becomes the hero of Arthdal after defeating the Neanthals in a war. He is also secretly an Igutu (mixed blood of human and Neanthal), which he hides from everyone except his lover Tae Al-ha (Kim Ok-vin), who is the daughter of Mihol, leader of the Hae tribe. Eun-seom (Song Joong-ki) is the son of Asa Hon, a priestess of the Wahan tribe, and Ragaz, a Neanthal. He is born on the day when a blue comet appears in the sky, which is prophesied to bring calamity to Arth. He escapes from Arthdal with his mother and grows up among the Wahan tribe in Iark, a foreign land. He has dreams that show him his past and future, and he has a special ability to communicate with animals. He also has an identical twin brother named Saya (also Song Joong-ki), who was separated from him at birth and raised by Tae Al-ha in Arthdal. Saya has a mysterious connection with Tanya (Kim Ji-won), who is the successor of the Wahan tribe and Eun-seom's childhood friend. Tanya has dreams that show her the secrets of Arth, and she becomes the high priestess of Arthdal after being kidnapped by Ta-gon's men.
